You login to either your customer or dealer account by clicking the 'My account' icon in the top right corner of the website.

Use your email and password to login to both options.

Your password is personal, if you forget your password you can always make a new password by clicking 'Forgot Your Password?'.

You either have to have a racing team or a go kart shop with a valid VAT number.

When you want to apply for a dealer account you have to contact our customer service at: info@kartshop.com

Please include the following information in the application:

• A description of your company/team
• Your first and last name
• Company name
• Adress, Zipcode, City and Country
• VAT number
• Email and phone number
• Website or socials of your company

All information shared with us through the application is private and will not be shared with third parties.

When shopping at Kartshop.com you have 14 days return right.

If you wish to return your purchase you have to contact our customer service at: info@kartshop.com.
