Placing an order

All orders will follow the terms and conditions valid at the time of purchase. All changes are immediate unless otherwise specified.

It is the customer's responsibility to read and accept the terms before any purchase.

Placing an order at is not in itself legally binding. reserves the right to cancel your order as a result of technical errors, incomplete payment, typos or similar situations.

When your order is registered you will receive an order confirmation via mail displaying your order details. This is only a receipt confirming we successfully registered your order and not a binding contract.

The contract is binding when you receive your invoice for the purchase.

When your order is processed you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Kartshop reserves the right to change these terms without notifying the customer beforehand. The customers will not necessarily be informed individually of these changes, e.g. via email.

Pricing and payment

All prices listed on is shown in Euro (€).
Prices is shown with Danish VAT included, but you have option to view all prices without Danish VAT. 

The VAT amount will be withdrawn the same day as your order is sent.

To ensure your data is safe, your payment details is stored in a secure PCI-DSS certified (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) environment that meets international security standards until the transaction is completed. Only our PCI certified business partner - and not Kartshop - has access to your card information. Processing of your card information is therefore solely a matter between you and our PCI-certified business partner.

Shipping ships internationally.

We offer same-day-shipping on orders placed before 2 pm Monday-Thursday (Friday 1.00 pm) CET.

This means if you place an order at before the stated time, we aim to process, pack, and ship out your order the same day. Note that during busy periods this is not always possible due to order volumes and your order will then be sent out as soon as possible.

International orders have a lead time of 1-10 days from the day you received your shipping confirmation.

We also offer express shipping.
Xpress shipping in Europe have a lead time of 1-2 days. 
Xpress shipping outside of Europe lead time is 2-4 days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays.

Delays can occur during busy periods and public holidays.

The shipping rate is an estimated price calculated based on the size and weight of the items in your order. The estimated price can vary from the actual price. We will always choose the cheapest shipping price when processing your order.

Return and Exchange

When shopping at you have 30 days return right.

The right to return expires 30 days after you receive your order.
Within 30 days of receiving your order you must give notice if you wish to return or exchange your purchase. The notice must be sent to our customer service at

It is NOT considered a return by simply refusing to receive an order without contacting and notify our customer service. In accordance with EU law the seller must always be informed about a return in order for the refusal to be considered a return/cancellation of the order.

Please note that you are responsible for paying the costs of returning the item yourself, and that we do not receive return packages sent to pick up locations.

When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the package is properly packed. You bear the risk for the package/goods yourself until we receive it. Therefore, remember to save the postal receipt as well as any track and trace number.

Kartshop is not liable for damages caused due to bad or careless packaging.

To avoid damage, add a minimum of 10 cm padding for items that are not in their original shipment packaging, designed by the item manufacturer for shipping.

Refund of the purchase amount and exchange of goods

We will refund your payment when we have received your returned goods. the refund is transferred with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

When exchanging items, the requested item will be sent when the return item is received and processed.

If the requested item is sold out, you will receive a refund for the original item, and you will be contacted by our customer service per mail.

Item Availability

Although we aim to keep our stock and website accurate in all aspects, we can’t always guarantee the availability on all products.

In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, we will contact you shortly via e-mail and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.


All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months of guarantee an item.
This does not include defects or damages caused by improper use, faulty maintenance, or general wear.
