Placing an Order
All orders are subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of purchase. Any changes take effect immediately unless otherwise stated.
It is the customer's responsibility to read and accept the terms before making a purchase.
Placing an order on Kartshop.com is not in itself legally binding. Kartshop.com reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of technical errors, incomplete payment, pricing errors, typographical errors or similar circumstances.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide all information necessary for us to process the order correctly. Please also see the section on Privacy Policy.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address. The customer is therefore responsible for ensuring that all information is correct at the time of ordering.
Once your order has been registered, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail containing your order details. This order confirmation is only an acknowledgement that we have received your order and does not constitute a binding agreement.
The agreement becomes binding once your order has been processed and you receive your invoice.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including your tracking number.
Kartshop reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice. The latest version of the terms can always be found on the website.
Pricing and Payment
All prices on Kartshop.com are shown in EUR (€).
Prices are shown including Danish VAT where applicable, but you may also view prices excluding Danish VAT.
Payment will only be charged to the cardholder once the order has been shipped.

To protect your data, your payment details are stored in a secure PCI-DSS-certified environment that complies with international security standards until the transaction has been completed. Only our PCI-certified payment partner – and not Kartshop – has access to your card details. The processing of your card information is therefore solely a matter between you and our PCI-certified payment partner.
Shipping
Kartshop.com ships internationally.
We offer the following shipping options for physical goods:
Delivery times depend on the selected carrier and destination, but are usually between 1 and 5 business days.
We offer same-day shipping on orders placed before 2:00 PM CET Monday to Thursday and before 1:00 PM CET on Fridays.
This means that if you place your order before the stated cut-off time, we aim to process, pack and ship your order the same day. During busy periods, same-day shipping may not always be possible, in which case your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
International orders usually have a delivery time of 1-10 business days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation.
We also offer express shipping.
Express shipping within Europe usually takes 1-2 business days. Express shipping outside Europe usually takes 2-4 business days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Delays may occur during busy periods and around public holidays.

Kartshop.com is not liable for delays caused by the shipping company or local customs authorities. Please contact your local carrier if any issues arise.
Important: The customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, tariffs or other import-related charges associated with the order.
Shipping rates are shown at checkout. The shipping price shown is an estimate based on the size and weight of the items in your order. The final shipping price may therefore differ from the estimated amount. When processing your order, we will always choose the most cost-effective relevant shipping solution.
Returns and Exchanges
When shopping at Kartshop.com, you have a 30-day right of return from the day you receive your order.
Please note: items purchased on sale are subject to a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
Unclaimed or refused packages: If an order is not collected from a parcel shop or carrier and is returned to us, or if the customer refuses delivery, the actual shipping costs for both the outbound and return shipment will be deducted from any refund.
Exchanges
It is not possible to exchange an item directly, as we cannot guarantee stock availability when we receive the returned item. If you need a different size, model or variant, you must return the item and place a new order for the correct product.
How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, you must notify our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@kartshop.com.
Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
Refusing delivery without contacting our customer service in advance is not considered a valid return. In accordance with applicable EU consumer rules, the seller must be informed of the return in order for it to be treated as a cancellation or withdrawal.

Important: Please include a note inside the parcel stating that the goods are being returned, together with your full name and order number.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item, and we do not accept return parcels sent to parcel shops or pick-up points.
When returning goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the parcel is packed securely. You bear the risk for the goods until we receive them. Please keep your postal receipt and any tracking number.
Kartshop is not liable for damage caused by insufficient or careless packaging.
To avoid damage, we recommend using at least 10 cm of protective padding for items that are not being returned in the manufacturer's original shipping packaging.
Refunds
We will issue your refund once we have received and approved the returned goods.
Refunds are made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction.
Refund processing may take up to 5 business days from the date we receive the returned item. During busy periods and holiday periods, processing times may be longer.
Dealers and B2B Customers
You may apply for B2B status at Kartshop. Customers with B2B status trade under special terms and conditions.
Placing an Order: For manual orders, OTK ApS reserves the right to charge a handling fee of EUR 250.00 excl. VAT per order.
Payment: As a B2B customer, you may pay by invoice. Payment by card or MobilePay is subject to a 3% fee.
New B2B customers should note that goods will only be shipped once payment has been completed.
Shipping Prices: The price shown at checkout is an estimate based on weight and volume, and the actual price may therefore vary. We reserve the right to adjust shipping costs to match the carrier's actual charge when processing the order. The final shipping cost will appear on the invoice.
Returns: As a general rule, we do not accept returns of goods purchased with B2B status. Purchases made through a B2B account are binding, and returns are generally not possible.
In special circumstances, an exceptional return may be agreed in advance. In such cases, the agreement must be made before the goods are returned, and a 20% handling fee will apply.

Item Availability
Although we aim to keep our stock levels and website information accurate and up to date, we cannot always guarantee the availability of all products.
If an item is out of stock or if incorrect information affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail or phone and give you the opportunity to amend or cancel the order.
Order Cancellation
At Kartshop, we aim to process orders quickly. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us by phone on +45 2120 2020 as soon as possible.
If an order has already been packed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
A cancellation is only valid once you have received verbal or written confirmation from a Kartshop employee. If you attempt to cancel an order by e-mail, the cancellation is only valid if you receive written confirmation. Otherwise, the purchase agreement remains binding, and the goods may instead be returned in accordance with the applicable return and withdrawal rules.
Complaints and Defects
All products are covered by the applicable rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act regarding defects and complaints.
This does not cover defects, damage or wear caused by misuse, improper maintenance or normal wear and tear.

Privacy Policy
When shopping at Kartshop.com, we require the following information about you:
- Name
- Address
- E-mail address
- Phone or mobile number
- Selected delivery method
- Selected payment method
We process your information for the purpose of delivering your order and handling any inquiries related to your order, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.
All personal information is processed with the utmost care. Your information will not be sold or used for purposes other than ensuring that you receive the best possible service.
For security reasons, no payment information is stored in our database.
Complaints
If you wish to file a complaint and you reside in an EU country other than Denmark, you may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
