Product information

The New-Line Racing Air Conveyor is designed to optimise airflow towards the large BIG, DOUBLE and EM-02 radiators used on racing karts.
Mounted in front of the radiator, the air conveyor helps collect and direct incoming air across a larger area of the radiator core. The purpose is to make better use of the available airflow and provide a more controlled flow of air through the radiator.
Cooling demand can be particularly high on KZ karts due to the engine's performance and heat output. In these applications, a correctly installed air conveyor can be especially useful in high ambient temperatures or on circuits where the cooling system is operating close to its maximum capacity.
This version is specifically designed for the large New-Line Racing BIG and DOUBLE radiators as well as the EM Technology EM-02 radiator. With dimensions of approximately 395 x 275 mm, it is sized to work with these wide radiator configurations.
The product should not be confused with New-Line's rear radiator deflector. While a rear deflector manages airflow after it has passed through the radiator, this air conveyor is designed to control incoming airflow before it reaches the radiator core.
Compatibility:
Designed for New-Line Racing BIG and DOUBLE radiators as well as the EM Technology EM-02. Particularly suitable for KZ and other high-performance liquid-cooled kart engines with high cooling requirements.
Application / Position:
Installed in front of the radiator to collect and direct incoming air towards the radiator core.
