The New-Line Racing Air Conveyor is designed to optimise incoming airflow towards CORSA and EM-09 radiators used on racing karts.

Mounted in front of the radiator, the air conveyor helps collect and direct incoming air across the radiator core. Its purpose is to make better use of the available airflow and ensure that a greater proportion of the air passes through the cooling surface rather than flowing around the radiator.

This version is designed around the narrower approximately 265 mm radiator width. New-Line CORSA radiators use this width, while the EM Technology EM-09 is also 265 mm wide. The EM-09 is specifically designed as a compact high-performance radiator for applications including ROK Shifter, ROK DVS and KZ where radiator installation space may be limited.

On engines with high cooling demands, a correctly installed air conveyor can help improve the effectiveness of the cooling system by directing incoming air more efficiently towards the radiator core. This can be particularly useful in hot ambient conditions and demanding race use.

The product should not be confused with a rear radiator deflector. The Air Conveyor manages incoming air before it reaches the radiator, while a rear deflector manages airflow after it has passed through the core.

Compatibility:
Designed for New-Line Racing CORSA radiators and EM Technology EM-09 radiators. Both radiator families are approximately 265 mm wide.

Application / Position:
Installed in front of the radiator to collect and direct incoming air towards the radiator core.
