Information
The Greyhound Evolution Mini Air Cooling Kit has been developed for Mini kart engines where high ambient temperatures and long race sessions can significantly increase engine temperatures. Mounted underneath the engine, the duct directs a larger volume of cooling air towards the engine crankcase to improve airflow and help maintain lower operating temperatures.
The redesigned Evolution profile has been engineered to maximise airflow around the engine, allowing the cooling effect to remain effective throughout longer race stints. According to the manufacturer, the system can reduce engine temperatures by approximately 3°C under suitable operating conditions, helping maintain more consistent performance.
Manufactured from lightweight fiberglass, the air duct combines excellent rigidity with low weight and high resistance to vibration and racing conditions.
Please note that this product is supplied without mounting brackets or installation hardware. A custom mounting solution must therefore be fabricated or adapted to suit the individual chassis and engine installation.
