The New-Line Racing Air Conveyor is designed to optimise incoming airflow towards New-Line RS / RS MAX and EM Technology EM-01 radiators.

Mounted in front of the radiator, the air conveyor helps collect and direct incoming air more efficiently towards the radiator core. Its purpose is to ensure that a greater proportion of the available airflow passes through the cooling surface rather than around the radiator.

This can be particularly useful in hot conditions or under high engine load, where the cooling system is operating closer to its maximum capacity. More controlled airflow through the radiator can help make better use of the available cooling surface.

This version is designed for radiators in the RS / EM-01 size range. The New-Line RS MAX measures 240 x 430 x 35 mm, while the EM Technology EM-01 measures 250 x 435 x 40 mm.

The RS MAX is developed for shifter classes and high cooling requirements, while the EM-01 is EM Technology's medium-size radiator, suitable for both single-speed and KZ applications depending on season and operating conditions.

The product should not be confused with a rear radiator deflector. The Air Conveyor manages incoming airflow before it reaches the radiator, while a rear deflector controls airflow after it has passed through the core.

Compatibility:
Suitable for New-Line Racing RS / RS MAX radiators and EM Technology EM-01 radiators.

Application / Position:
Installed in front of the radiator to collect and direct incoming air towards the radiator core.
