OTK Rear Axle – Type HD (Hard+)
Type HD is an extra-hard rear axle positioned between Type H and Type HH in OTK’s stiffness range. It is designed for extreme high-grip conditions where standard axles may cause binding or reduced chassis rotation. The increased rigidity frees the rear end effectively, offering precise handling and consistent balance even in the most demanding track situations.

Compatibility: Fits all OTK chassis with Ø50 mm rear axle (Tony Kart, Kosmic, Exprit, Redspeed, Gillard, EOS, and others).
Application / Position: Installed in standard OTK 50 mm bearings and hubs. Used on high-grip circuits or with new, sticky tires when a freer rear end and improved stability are needed.
Material: Manufactured from OTK’s proprietary hardened axle steel alloy, engineered for superior stiffness and torsional consistency.
Installation / Use: Direct fit into OTK bearing carriers and hubs. No modification required. Clean and check straightness regularly to maintain precision.
