OTK Rear Axle – Type Q Short (Medium-Soft – 1000 mm)
The short version of OTK’s Type Q rear axle, developed for a quicker rear-end release and more agile chassis behavior. With the same medium-soft flex characteristics as the standard Q axle, Q Short delivers a balanced mix of traction and rotation – but with faster response and freer movement through corners. Perfect for technical or medium-grip circuits where a lively chassis is advantageous.

Compatibility: Fits all OTK chassis with Ø50 mm rear axle (Tony Kart, Kosmic, Exprit, Redspeed, Gillard, EOS, and others).
Application / Position: Mounted in standard 50 mm bearing carriers and hubs. Used when the same flex as Type Q is desired but with quicker release and improved rotation, ideal for medium to high-grip tracks.
Material: Made from OTK’s proprietary high-strength axle steel alloy, combining durability, flexibility, and precise torsional response.
Installation / Use: Direct fit with OTK bearing supports – no modification required. Regular cleaning and straightness checks recommended.
