The Tillotson HW-27A is a high-performance carburetor designed for the IAME X30 class, widely used in both Junior and Senior kart racing categories. This version is tuned by One Engines, where the carburetor has been completely disassembled, inspected, and carefully reassembled with a strong focus on precision, stability, and performance.
All components are thoroughly checked and adjusted to ensure optimal operation, improved throttle response, and consistent fuel delivery under racing conditions. The result is a high-performance carburetor developed for drivers seeking maximum on-track performance and reliability.

The carburetor features two mixture screws:
– The Low speed adjustment is positioned towards the engine
– The High speed adjustment is positioned towards the intake silencer

Base settings:

X30 Junior:
– (L) Low speed fuel mixture: 1 turn
– (H) High speed fuel mixture: 1 turn + 20-25 min

X30 Senior:
– (L) Low speed fuel mixture: 1 turn
– (H) High speed fuel mixture: 1 turn + 30-35 min

Supplied with standard Tillotson 37g spring:
– Pop-off pressure: 0.75 bar
– Sealing pressure: 0.55-0.60 bar

For optimal performance, it is recommended to replace the membrane kit approximately every 3 hours of driving and regularly replace the fuel filter. The fuel filter should be mounted approximately 10 cm before the carburetor.
