The Tillotson HW-52A is the latest generation diaphragm carburetor specifically developed for the OK-N and OK-N Junior karting categories. Featuring the new CIK-FIA homologation 042-CA-21, the HW-52A is the official carburetor for the 2026 homologation cycle and represents the newest technical evolution in single-speed kart racing.
Designed to deliver maximum performance consistency, the HW-52A combines precise throttle response, optimized airflow, and stable fuel metering under all racing conditions. The proven 24 mm venturi diameter ensures smooth power delivery and highly accurate carburetion throughout the entire RPM range, making it the ideal choice for drivers demanding top-level performance without compromising reliability.

One of the major advantages of the HW-52A is its full backward compatibility with the previous HW-49A model. Existing spare parts such as diaphragms, gaskets, screws, and needles remain compatible, helping teams and drivers reduce maintenance and operating costs during the transition to the new homologation.

The carburetor features High- and Low-speed mixture screws for precise micrometric adjustment, allowing perfect tuning according to track, weather, and temperature conditions.
