Practical New-Line Racing chain alignment tool designed for checking and adjusting the chain line on karts using a 219 pitch chain.

The tool provides a quick and simple way to check whether the engine sprocket and rear sprocket are correctly aligned. Accurate sprocket alignment is important to ensure that the chain runs straight through the transmission without unnecessary side loading.

Incorrect alignment can increase friction, noise and premature wear of the chain, engine sprocket and rear sprocket. The New-Line Chain Aligner provides a clear visual reference when positioning the engine or sprocket, making it easier to achieve accurate transmission alignment before final chain adjustment.

The 219 version is designed for 219 pitch chains, widely used on kart classes such as OK, OK-Junior and Mini, as well as other kart engines using the same chain size. New-Line dealers specifically list the 219 version for OK/OKJ and Mini applications.

Its compact two-piece design makes it easy to keep in the karting toolbox for use both in the workshop and at the circuit.
