Xeramic Ceramic Synthetic Chain Spray is an advanced chain lubricant developed for effective, long-lasting lubrication under demanding conditions – ideal for karting and motorsport.

The formulation combines synthetic components with ceramic material and special additives, creating a durable lubricating film designed to perform under high loads and temperatures.

The chain spray does not dry out, helping keep the chain flexible and continuously lubricated. Its heat-resistant properties make it particularly suitable for racing applications where chains and sprockets operate at high speeds and under considerable load.

The product is also O-ring tested, making it suitable for both conventional kart chains and chains using O-ring seals.

An excellent choice for regular kart-chain maintenance where effective lubrication helps reduce friction and unnecessary wear on both chain and sprockets.

Compatibility:
Suitable for karting and motorsport chains. O-ring tested and therefore also suitable for chains fitted with O-ring seals.

Application / Position:
Used for lubricating chains and chain-drive systems on karts, motorcycles and other chain-driven racing applications.

Material:
Synthetic chain lubricant enriched with ceramic material and special additives.

Installation:
Clean the chain to remove dirt and excess old lubricant before application. Shake the can thoroughly and spray an even layer onto the chain while slowly rotating it.

Apply particularly around the chain links and rollers to allow the lubricant to penetrate effectively. Allow the product to penetrate before use and remove any unnecessary excess.

For optimum chain life, inspect and lubricate regularly, especially after wet-weather running or particularly demanding use.
