Product information

Ultra-lightweight countersunk washer from New-Line Racing, developed for karting applications where low weight, functionality and a professional finish are important. The washer features a distinctive pentagonal design and is manufactured from a lightweight 3D-printed plastic material.
The countersunk design provides a clean and stable seating surface for the screw head while distributing the load over a larger area than mounting the screw directly against the underlying component. This makes it particularly useful for lightweight components, plastic parts and other karting accessories where keeping weight to a minimum is important.
The pentagonal shape gives the washer a distinctive racing appearance, completed by integrated New-Line Racing branding.
Supplied as a complete set of 6 washers.

Universal application for karting and motorsport installations where a 35 x 8 mm countersunk washer is suitable. Always verify dimensions and screw compatibility before installation.
