CS55 MY 2025: A Transformative Update
The CS55 remains the benchmark in the racing chassis market, now refined in its MY 2025 version. The body geometry, constructed with robust 30 mm tubes, retains its form from the previous homologation for both Shifter and Direct Drive variants. This year, the CS55 debuts several technical enhancements, notably the innovative M11 fairings and the new BWD and BWZ braking systems. Additionally, the design incorporates meticulous improvements, such as the newly attached aluminium chain tensioner, which is now securely mounted to the bearing support.
Enhanced Aerodynamics with M11 Fairings
The M11 fairings, designed in compliance with the latest FIA regulations, showcase the rigorous design, CFD simulations, and wind tunnel testing performed by OTK Kart Group's R&D team. This results in a cutting-edge nose panel and front fairing spoiler that significantly improve aerodynamic efficiency, directly translating to enhanced track performance. While the side bumpers and rear protection from the M10 kit remain consistent, the new CS55 Racing suit also features a striking design that complements the kart's aesthetic.
Revolutionary Braking Systems for Superior Control
The new braking systems introduced alongside the CS55 Racing lineup cater to both Junior and Senior chassis in Direct Drive and Shifter categories. The BWD system is tailored for single-speed categories, while the BWZ system caters to geared classes, including DD2. Both systems offer dual options for rear disc size (180 mm or 206 mm) to meet individual preferences. The BWZ model boasts a completely revamped braking system, emphasizing efficiency and heat dissipation, ensuring peak performance under racing conditions.
