TM KZ-R3 Total Black – Gearbox Kart Engine (KZ-R3 041-EZ-60 Homologation)
The TM KZ-R3 Total Black is the latest generation of gearbox kart engines from TM Kart, succeeding the previous KZ-R2 Total Black. This version combines maximum performance with an exclusive black anodized design and a series of mechanical upgrades.
The engine has been optimized with new machining of the cylinder, exhaust port, and crankcase, improving gas flow and overall efficiency.
The Total Black edition features black anodized components for a unique look and increased resistance to wear and heat.
Anodized components include:
Engine mount
Flange for rubber manifold
Clutch cover
Clutch cap
Cylinder head cover
Compatibility: Homologated under code KZ-R3 041-EZ-60 for the KZ class (125 cc, 6-speed). Compatible with all standard KZ chassis and gearbox karts built to CIK/FIA standards.
Material: Aluminum block with a nickel-silicon coated cylinder, hardened steel components, and a precision-machined crankcase for maximum strength and accuracy. Black anodized finish on selected parts improves cooling and provides a distinctive appearance.
