The Race Ready version of TM Racing’s KZ-R3 Total Black engine is a precision-built, competition-tuned edition for professional use.
In addition to the exclusive black-anodised finish, this model features the Gearbox Special, where all gears and shafts are polished for smoother engagement, reduced friction and higher mechanical efficiency.
This “ready-to-race” unit is meticulously prepared with optimised cylinder, exhaust port and crankcase matching for superior response and reliability under race conditions.
Upgrades vs Standard Version:
Gearbox Special: All gears and shafts are surface machined for smoother operation and less resistance.
Refined cylinder and exhaust port machining for better flow.
Matched crankcase and clutch for reduced vibration.
Black-anodised Total Black components (mount, clutch cover, pressure plate, flange and guard).
Compatibility: Homologated under code KZ-R3 041-EZ-60 for the KZ class (125 cc, 6-speed). Compatible with all standard KZ chassis and gearbox karts built to CIK/FIA standards.
Material: Aluminum block with a nickel-silicon coated cylinder, hardened steel components, and a precision-machined crankcase for maximum strength and accuracy. Black anodized finish on selected parts improves cooling and provides a distinctive appearance.
