Information
This exhaust temperature sensor is used to measure exhaust gas temperature (EGT), providing critical insight into engine combustion and load. EGT is a key parameter for tuning and monitoring kart engines, especially 2-stroke engines.
By analysing EGT data, it is possible to detect incorrect fuel mixture, ignition issues or excessive engine load. The data is displayed and logged within the Alfano system and used to optimise engine setup and driving strategy.

Installed in the exhaust system using an appropriate fitting.
