The new flagship Exprit chassis is now available in Direct Drive, Shifter, and DD2 versions, featuring a host of exciting innovations. This range also includes the TDX model, reserved for Junior and Senior classes, showcasing advanced fairings and cutting-edge braking systems. For the MINI classes, the Rookie remains unchanged in its EVM and EVS versions, which are both enhanced components.
Chassis Models Overview The 2025 Exprit Kart product range comprises three chassis models: Noesis T, TDX, and Rookie. The technical advancements in this range are the result of collaborative efforts between the racing and R&D departments of the OTK Kart Group, embodying the company’s longstanding philosophy: “Designed, Engineered, Manufactured, 100% made in OTK - Italy.” This creed ensures strict quality control over materials and employs precise manufacturing processes that guarantee exceptional production standards and consistency across all products.
Noesis T: The Flagship Model Evolves
At the heart of the Exprit lineup is the Noesis T, a chassis that has already celebrated victories, including the World title in 2023 and the Continental Championship in 2024 in the OKJ category. The Noesis T retains its body geometry, constructed with 30 mm tubes, consistent with previous homologations for both Shifter and Direct Drive versions. It debuts several technical innovations, including the striking M11 fairings and the new BWD and BWZ braking systems. Additionally, meticulous attention has been given to refining smaller details, such as the new aluminum chain tensioner now affixed to the bearing support.
Enhanced Aerodynamics with M11 Fairings
The newly designed M11 fairings, compliant with the latest FIA regulations, are the result of extensive design work, including CFD simulations and wind tunnel testing by the OTK Kart Group's R&D team. This evolution introduces a completely new M11 nose panel and an innovatively designed front fairing spoiler, both enhancing aerodynamic efficiency and positively impacting track performance. While the side bumpers and rear protection from the previous M10 kit remain unchanged, the Noesis T also features a refreshed graphics package through a stylish new sticker kit, aligning with the brand's colors. The updated aesthetic is extended to the official Exprit suits, available for drivers in all categories, from MINI to KZ.
Revolutionary Braking Systems for All Senior Classes
Accompanying the new Exprit product lineup are innovative braking systems for both Junior and Senior chassis in Direct Drive and Shifter classes. The new systems, named BWD for single-speed categories and BWZ for geared classes (including DD2), offer a dual rear disc option of 180 mm or 206 mm to suit individual preferences. The BWZ model features a completely revamped braking system compared to its predecessor, demonstrating the R&D team's commitment to excellence with significant improvements in heat dissipation and brake fluid temperature control.
