Purpose-designed filling funnel from New-Line Racing for easier and cleaner filling of New-Line kart radiators.

The funnel is positioned at the radiator filler neck and creates an additional reservoir above the radiator. This makes filling or topping up the cooling system easier while helping prevent water from spilling around the radiator opening. New-Line specifically describes the funnel as a tool for topping up its radiators while minimising water spillage.

The design also serves an important technical purpose. New-Line developed the funnel to help air escape from the cooling system already during the filling process. Air trapped inside a liquid-cooled kart system can reduce heat-transfer efficiency and create air pockets in critical areas of the engine. The additional column of water provided by the funnel helps air bubbles move upwards and out of the system during filling and bleeding.

This makes it a highly practical workshop and paddock tool whenever the cooling system has been drained for engine removal, hose replacement or servicing.

Compatibility:
Specifically developed for New-Line Racing radiators and their filler neck. A separate version is available for EM Technology and IAME X30 radiators.

Application / Position:
Installed at the radiator filler opening when filling or topping up the kart cooling system.
