Purpose-designed radiator filling funnel for EM Technology and IAME X30 radiators, developed to make filling the kart cooling system cleaner, easier and more controlled.

This version uses a different connection from the New-Line radiator version and is specifically adapted to EM Technology and IAME X30 radiator filler necks. KartStore explicitly lists this funnel for EM Technology and IAME X30 radiatorsand states that it is designed to minimise water spillage during topping up.

The funnel creates an additional reservoir above the radiator filler opening, making it easier to add water in a controlled manner while allowing air bubbles to rise out of the cooling circuit during filling.

New-Line developed this funnel principle to assist with bleeding the kart cooling system. Air pockets and micro-bubbles can reduce cooling efficiency, making correct filling and bleeding particularly important on high-performance liquid-cooled kart engines.

A simple but extremely practical tool whenever the engine, radiator or cooling hoses have been removed.

Compatibility:
Designed for EM Technology radiators and IAME X30 radiators. This version uses a different fitting from the funnel designed for New-Line Racing radiators.

Application / Position:
Installed at the radiator filler neck when filling or topping up the cooling system.
