XPS Kart Tec Gear Oil is the original gearbox lubricant specifically developed for Rotax MAX kart engines. Engineered to provide optimum lubrication, maximum wear protection, and excellent temperature resistance, it is designed to handle the demanding conditions experienced in modern kart racing.

Its advanced additive package reduces friction and wear on gears, bearings, and transmission components while maintaining a strong lubricating film under high temperatures and heavy loads. The result is smoother operation, improved reliability, and longer service life for critical drivetrain components.

Developed specifically for the Rotax MAX engine platform, XPS Kart Tec Gear Oil is recommended by Rotax for use in engines without manual gearboxes. The specially formulated oil helps minimize mechanical wear and delivers consistent performance throughout race weekends.

For maximum protection, the manufacturer recommends changing the oil approximately every 5 operating hours. Regular oil changes help maintain gearbox efficiency and ensure optimal protection of transmission components.
