The Bengio Kart Pants are designed for kart racers seeking enhanced protection, comfort and support while driving. Worn underneath the racing suit, they help absorb shocks and vibrations from the seat through strategically positioned impact pads that protect the areas of the body exposed to the highest loads during racing.

The latest generation of Bengio Kart Pants has been developed using extensive feedback from professional kart drivers. The updated design improves ergonomics, durability and freedom of movement while maintaining the highest levels of protection. The result is a true second-skin fit that maximises comfort behind the wheel.

Manufactured from soft, highly elastic next-generation materials, the pants feature perforated Lycra inserts that significantly improve ventilation and breathability during demanding racing conditions. A 45 mm micro-silicone elastic leg gripper keeps the pants securely in position, while laser-cut finishes and flatlock seams provide additional comfort and a premium finish.

The protective pads are manufactured from a specially developed closed-cell foam designed to absorb impacts and protect the iliac crest, lower back and lateral femoral area — the parts of the body subjected to the greatest stress from the kart seat. They also provide additional protection in the event of driver ejection from the kart.

Every pair of Bengio Kart Pants is handcrafted in Italy, combining premium materials with Bengio's renowned expertise in driver protection.
