The One Engines Safety Bracket is a practical and reliable solution designed to secure the exhaust spring on most kart engines while also serving as an additional safety retention bracket for the rear bumper. The bracket is mounted beneath the two rear cylinder copper nuts, providing a strong and secure attachment point for the exhaust spring between the cylinder and exhaust system.

By relocating the exhaust spring to the bracket, stress on the original mounting points is reduced while ensuring the spring remains securely attached under vibration and high operating temperatures. Developed by One Engines, the bracket is suitable for both racing and practice, where reliability is essential.

The bracket can also be installed at the rear axle bearing hanger, where it can be used together with a throttle cable and cable clamp to create an additional safety retention system for the rear bumper. Should the rear bumper become loose during racing, the safety cable helps keep it attached to the kart. This makes the bracket a versatile component with two practical functions.
