Denso Iridium Spark Plug – Ultra-Thin and Precise Ignition for Rotax Engines
The Denso Iridium spark plug is engineered for precision and performance—featuring an ultra-thin 0.4 mm center electrode that ensures a sharp spark and improved ignition efficiency. Ideal for Rotax Max and DD2 engines.
The fine iridium alloy reduces ignition voltage requirements and provides increased resistance to wear and fouling.
Recommended Use:
  • Lower number (IW24) → "Hotter" plug → for cold conditions
  • Higher number (IW34) → "Colder" plug → for very hot conditions
  • IW24 – Recommended for cold days or rainy weather
  • IW27 – Recommended for temperate weather (15–20 °C)
  • IW29 – Recommended for warmer weather (20–25 °C)
  • IW31 – Recommended for hot weather (25–30 °C)
  • IW34 – Recommended for very hot weather (above 30 °C)
