The OTK Ø210 mm Sprocket Protector is designed to protect the rear sprocket from contact with kerbs, curbs, track surfaces, and other karts during racing. Mounted on both sides of the sprocket, it creates an effective protective barrier that helps prevent damage to the sprocket and drivetrain components.

In modern kart racing, rear sprockets are exposed to significant impacts and wear, particularly when driving aggressively over kerbs or racing in close competition. A damaged sprocket can affect chain engagement, increase wear, and potentially lead to mechanical failures. Sprocket protectors have therefore become a common feature on professional racing karts.

This genuine OTK version features a 210 mm diameter and is designed for OTK chassis including Tony Kart, Kosmic, Exprit, Redspeed, and EOS models, while also being suitable for many other kart brands using compatible sprocket setups.

Supplied as a complete protection kit with mounting screws, it is manufactured to original OTK specifications to ensure perfect fitment and durability.
