The Tony Kart Racer 401 TS is the new 2027 evolution of Tony Kart's flagship racing chassis, building on the proven Racer platform with further improvements in drivability, braking performance and adaptability to different track conditions.
The established 30 mm chassis geometry remains, while the Direct Drive version introduces the new HFT stub axles. These have been developed to make the kart more intuitive to drive, provide more immediate front-end feedback and increase versatility across changing track conditions.
One of the major MY2027 upgrades is the braking system. The Racer 401 TS features a new 180 mm floating brake disc with the BWD braking system, developed to improve braking efficiency, provide more consistent performance and reduce brake pad wear. The proven M11 front bodywork remains together with the M10 side bumpers. The M11 front spoiler and front fairing were developed using CFD simulations, wind-tunnel testing and extensive track testing to optimise aerodynamic efficiency while complying with FIA regulations.
The Model Year 2027 package is completed by a newly designed Tony Kart sticker kit, evolving the unmistakable Tony Kart identity.
Compatibility / Class:
Direct Drive racing chassis for Junior and Senior categories.
