Information

Complete New-Line Racing silicone radiator hose set for liquid-cooled KZ and OK kart engines.

The kit is designed to build the complete cooling circuit between radiator, water pump and engine and includes shaped silicone hoses together with a hose connector for the cooling-system installation.

The shaped hoses provide a more compact and controlled installation than conventional straight radiator hose while helping reduce sharp bends and unnecessary restrictions in the cooling circuit.

New-Line Racing specifically highlights that its double 90° silicone hose is designed to provide high and stable water flow, helping optimise cooling-system performance.

The hoses have an Ø18 mm internal diameter and approximately Ø27 mm outside diameter, making the set suitable for high-performance kart cooling systems.

Silicone is particularly well suited to racing applications thanks to its flexibility and resistance to heat, vibration and repeated installation.

Compatibility:
Designed for liquid-cooled KZ and OK kart engines using a cooling system with Ø18 mm internal hose diameter.

Application / Position:
Used throughout the kart cooling circuit between radiator, water pump and engine.

Material:
Shaped silicone hoses developed for heat, vibration and demanding racing use.

Installation:
Install the hoses between the radiator, water pump and engine according to the specific cooling-system layout and use the supplied connector where required.

Make sure all hoses are routed without sharp bends and cannot contact the exhaust, chain or other hot or moving components. Secure all connections with suitable hose clamps.

After installation, correctly fill and bleed the cooling system and check all connections for leaks.

1 x N-L211 water pump silicone hose
1 x N-L398 shaped silicone hose from radiator to water pump
