Information

Complete New-Line Racing silicone radiator hose set developed specifically for liquid-cooled OK and OK-N kart engines.

The kit includes the shaped hoses and connector required to build the cooling circuit between the engine, radiator and water pump. The pre-formed hoses provide a compact and professional installation while reducing the need to bend or adapt conventional straight radiator hose.

The double 90° silicone hose is designed so that a single shaped hose can complete the connection from the engine towards the radiator section. New-Line specifically highlights this design for its ability to provide strong water flow and optimise cooling-system performance.

This OK / OK-N version also includes two shaped hoses for the radiator-to-water-pump section, providing the hose layout required for this type of cooling installation.

The pre-formed design helps prevent sharp bends and unwanted restrictions that could reduce water flow. Silicone is particularly suitable for racing thanks to its flexibility and resistance to heat, vibration and repeated installation.

The kit is therefore suitable both for a new OK / OK-N kart build and for completely replacing or rebuilding an existing cooling-hose installation.

Compatibility:
Designed for liquid-cooled OK and OK-N kart engines using this New-Line cooling-hose configuration.

Application / Position:
Used to build the kart cooling circuit between engine, radiator and water pump.

Material:
Shaped silicone hoses developed for high temperatures, vibration and demanding racing use.

Installation:
Install the hoses between the engine, radiator and water pump according to the specific cooling-system layout. Use the supplied connector where required to join the cooling hose.

Make sure the hoses are routed without sharp bends and cannot contact the exhaust, chain or other hot or moving components. Secure all connections with suitable hose clamps.

After installation, correctly fill and bleed the cooling system and check all connections for leaks.
