Complete silicone radiator hose set from New-Line Racing for liquid-cooled KZ, OK and OK-N kart engines.

The kit combines the shaped hoses required to build the cooling circuit between the radiator, water pump and engine. The pre-formed silicone hoses provide a more controlled and professional installation than conventional straight radiator hose and are designed for the compact layout of a racing kart.

The different bends help route the hoses correctly between the cooling-system components without unnecessary sharp bends or restrictions. This is important for maintaining stable water flow through the engine, water pump and radiator.

This version includes both the shaped hose from the radiator to the water pump and the shaped hose from the water pump to the engine, providing a complete solution for KZ, OK and OK-N cooling-system installations.

Silicone is particularly suitable for racing thanks to its combination of flexibility and resistance to heat, vibration and repeated installation. This makes the kit suitable both for new kart builds and for replacing or rebuilding an existing cooling system.

Compatibility:
Designed for liquid-cooled KZ, OK and OK-N kart engines where this New-Line hose layout matches the engine, water pump and radiator installation.

Application / Position:
Used to build the cooling circuit between radiator, water pump and engine.

Material:
Shaped silicone hoses developed for high temperatures, vibration and demanding racing use.

Installation:
Install the shaped hoses between the radiator, water pump and engine according to the specific cooling-system layout. Use the supplied connector where required to join the cooling hose.

Make sure the hoses are routed without sharp bends and cannot contact the exhaust, chain or other hot or moving components. Secure all connections with suitable hose clamps.

After installation, correctly fill and bleed the cooling system and check all connections for leaks.
