Complete New-Line Racing silicone radiator hose set developed for the Turbo cooling setup.

The kit includes the shaped hoses and connector required to build the cooling circuit between the engine, radiator and water pump. The pre-formed silicone hoses provide a compact and professional installation while reducing the need to adapt conventional straight radiator hose.

The double 90° hose provides controlled routing around the engine, while the two shaped hoses for the radiator and water-pump section help create the correct cooling-system layout.

The pre-formed design helps prevent sharp bends and restrictions that could reduce water flow. This is especially important in kart racing, where stable circulation through the engine and radiator is essential for effective cooling.

Silicone is also particularly suitable for racing thanks to its flexibility and resistance to heat, vibration and repeated installation.

Compatibility:
Designed for the New-Line Racing Turbo cooling setup and kart installations using this specific hose configuration.

Application / Position:
Used to build the kart cooling circuit between engine, radiator and water pump.

Material:
Shaped silicone hoses developed for heat, vibration and demanding racing use.

Installation:
Install the hoses between the engine, radiator and water pump according to the specific cooling-system layout. Use the supplied connector where required.

Make sure the hoses are routed without sharp bends and cannot contact the exhaust, chain or other hot or moving components. Secure all connections with suitable hose clamps.

After installation, correctly fill and bleed the cooling system and check all connections for leaks.
