Water Temperature Sensor M10 – Temperature Sensor for Alfano Data Logging
This water temperature sensor is used to measure coolant temperature and provides essential insight into engine thermal load and operating conditions. Monitoring water temperature is critical to ensure stable engine performance and to prevent overheating during both practice and racing.
The sensor is based on NTC technology and delivers accurate temperature data that is displayed and logged within the Alfano data logging system for analysis and optimisation of engine setup.
Compatibility:
Compatible with Alfano data logging systems.
Suitable for multiple Alfano configurations and system setups.
Application / Position:
Can be installed directly into the engine cylinder head if the engine is equipped with a 10 mm threaded port for the sensor.
Alternatively, the sensor can be installed in the coolant hose using an aluminium durit adapter (ref. A261, A262, A263 or A264).
Measures coolant temperature during operation.
Material & Features:
– Water temperature sensor based on NTC technology
– Metric M10 thread
– Provides accurate and stable temperature readings
– Suitable for monitoring engine operating temperature
– Designed for motorsport environments
– Supports data logging and analysis within the Alfano system
Important information:
– This sensor must be used with either an extension cable (ref. A3301) or a hub (ref. A2190) for correct connection to the Alfano system.
Installation / Use:
– Install in the engine cylinder head or in the coolant hose using a suitable aluminium adapter
– Connect to the Alfano system using the correct cable or hub
– Ensure proper sealing and heat-resistant cable routing
– Used for both practice and race analysis
