Xeramic Air Filter Cleaner is a high-quality specialist cleaner developed for thorough cleaning of foam air filters, helping remove dust, sand, dirt and old filter-oil residue from the filter material.

The cleaner penetrates deep into the foam and helps loosen accumulated contamination and filter oil, allowing the filter to be cleaned throughout rather than only on the surface. This is particularly important for reusable foam filters, where a clean filter is essential for correct airflow and effective filtration.

Application is simple: thoroughly saturate the foam filter with the cleaner and gently squeeze the liquid out without twisting or wringing the filter. For heavily contaminated filters, the treatment can be repeated. Remaining Air Filter Cleaner can then be rinsed out with water.

Once completely clean, the filter must be allowed to dry thoroughly in a well-ventilated area. After drying, Xeramic Air Filter Oil is recommended to correctly re-oil the foam filter before use.

Compatibility:
Specifically developed for washable foam air filters. Suitable for motorsport, karting, motorcycles and other applications using oiled foam filters.

Application / Position:
Used for cleaning removed foam air filters before re-treatment with filter oil.

Material:
Specially developed liquid cleaning solution for foam air filters.

Installation:
Shake well before use. Remove the dirty air filter and apply Air Filter Cleaner generously until the foam is thoroughly saturated.

Work the cleaner through the filter and gently squeeze out the liquid. Do not wring or twist the filter, as this may damage the foam. Repeat if necessary until sand, dust and other contamination have been removed.

Remaining cleaner can be rinsed out with water. Allow the filter to dry completely in a well-ventilated area before applying fresh filter oil.

Use in a well-ventilated area or outdoors and wear suitable protective gloves and eye protection.
