Xeramic Air Filter Oil is a high-quality filter oil developed specifically for foam air filters, where effective protection against dust, sand and fine contamination is essential.

The oil penetrates deep into the foam and leaves a tacky oil film that helps the filter trap dust and dirt before it can enter the engine intake system.

A distinctive red colour makes it easy to check that the entire foam filter has been treated evenly. The filter must be completely clean and dry before application, and the oil should be thoroughly worked into the foam until the complete filter material is uniformly treated.

After application, the filter should be left in a well-ventilated area to allow the solvent to evaporate. Xeramic specifies approximately 2 hours drying time before the filter is ready for installation and use.

For best results, first thoroughly clean the filter using Xeramic Air Filter Cleaner, allow it to dry completely and then apply Air Filter Oil.

Compatibility:
Specifically developed for washable foam air filters. Suitable for karting, motorsport, motorcycles, off-road and other applications using oiled foam filters.

Application / Position:
Applied to a completely clean and dry foam air filter after cleaning and before installation on the engine.

Material:
Specially developed aerosol foam-filter oil with red indicator colour.

Installation:
Shake the can well before use and make sure the foam filter is completely clean and dry.

Spray the filter liberally and evenly until the entire foam surface is covered with a visible red layer. Thoroughly massage the oil into the filter material to ensure deep and uniform penetration.

The filter can also be placed inside a plastic bag while massaging the oil through the foam to help achieve even distribution.

Once the filter is uniformly red, leave it in a well-ventilated area for approximately 2 hours to allow the solvent to evaporate before installation.

Use outdoors or in a well-ventilated area and wear suitable protective gloves and eye protection.
