This analog brake pressure sensor is used to measure hydraulic pressure within the braking system, providing precise information on the pressure applied to the brake caliper during braking. The sensor is a powerful tool for analysing braking technique, pedal input and brake balance in karting and motorsport.
Sensor data is displayed and logged within the Alfano system and actively used for performance analysis and driving optimisation.
Compatibility:
Designed for use with Alfano 7.
Requires Box12 (part number A1160).
Connects to the purple connector on the Box12.
Application / Position:
Installed in the hydraulic brake circuit.
Measures the pressure applied to the brake caliper during braking.
Material & Features:
– Analog brake pressure sensor
– Accurate hydraulic pressure measurement
– 10×1 mm thread
– Cable length: 40 cm
– Designed for motorsport environments
– Supports detailed data analysis within the Alfano system
Important information:
– The sensor is supplied with a 10×1 mm thread, but additional fittings specific to the vehicle are required for safe and correct installation.
– After installation, the sensor must be activated directly in the Alfano 7 for correct recognition and display of pressure curves in ADA PRO software.
Installation / Use:
– Install the sensor in the hydraulic brake circuit using suitable fittings
– Connect the sensor to the purple connector on the Box12
– Activate the sensor in the Alfano 7
– Use the data to analyse braking pressure and braking behaviour
