LN Racing Kart MY 2025: A New Era of Innovation and Performance
Born from the collaboration between OTK Kart Group and Lando Norris, former World Champion with OTK products and now a Formula 1 driver, the LN Racing Kart flagship chassis lineup has been unveiled for the 2025 model year. Available in Direct Drive, Shifter, and DD2 versions, these karts bring a host of innovations that push the boundaries of performance and design. This also extends to the TDX model, which is reserved for Junior and Senior classes, and introduces new fairings and advanced braking systems. Meanwhile, the Rookie remains unchanged in the MINI classes, continuing its legacy with EVM and EVS versions featuring evolved components.
The 2025 product range is anchored by three chassis models: LN Four MY 2025, TDX, and Rookie. These technical advancements result from the close collaboration between OTK Kart Group’s racing and R&D departments, ensuring every kart is crafted under the company’s core philosophy: “Designed, Engineered, Manufactured, 100% made in OTK - Italy.” This commitment ensures stringent quality controls and precision engineering, delivering high-performance, consistent products.
LN Four MY 2025: Evolution of the Flagship Model
Leading the LN Racing Kart lineup is the LN Four MY 2025, which boasts significant advancements while maintaining its iconic body geometry built with 30 mm tubes. Available in both Shifter and Direct Drive versions, this model introduces technical upgrades like the all-new M11 fairings and the advanced BWD and BWZ braking systems. Notable refinements include a new aluminum chain tensioner attached to the bearing support, highlighting the attention to detail in this evolution.
Enhanced Aerodynamics with New M11 Fairings
The M11 fairings are a standout feature, developed through rigorous CFD simulations, wind tunnel testing, and extensive on-track evaluations. Compliant with the latest FIA regulations, the M11 nose panel and front fairing spoiler significantly boost aerodynamic efficiency, enhancing overall track performance. The side bumpers and rear protection, which are part of the M10 kit, remain unchanged from previous homologations.
Next-Gen Braking Systems for Senior Categories
The LN Racing Kart range for 2025 introduces the new BWD and BWZ braking systems. The BWD is designed for single-speed categories, while the BWZ caters to gear classes, including DD2. These systems offer dual rear disc options (180 mm or 206 mm) to accommodate different driving preferences. The BWZ braking system, completely revamped, features improved heat dissipation and better control of brake oil temperature, delivering superior braking performance across the board.
